Mission and Activities of “Smart Energy Service” LLC
 

Main Mission:

The primary mission of “Smart Energy Services” LLC is to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality, and sustainable supply of electricity to consumers across the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan (excluding the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic) by purchasing electricity from producers, modernizing the material and technical base of distribution networks through the application of new technologies, and implementing other necessary measures for the development of this sector.

This mission is fundamentally linked to the name of national leader Heydar Aliyev. During all periods of Heydar Aliyev’s leadership of the republic, the development of the electric power system was always a priority, and several large-scale projects were implemented to ensure the rapid growth of this system.

As a result of the successful political leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, who is the worthy successor of Heydar Aliyev’s political course, Azerbaijan has not only met its electricity demand using local resources, but has also become a country that exports electricity.

Today, thanks to the continuation of this strategic path by President Ilham Aliyev, consistent and sustainable reforms are being carried out to build the power system in line with modern challenges and international standards.
 

Reforms and Infrastructure Modernization

To properly fulfill its mission, “Smart Energy Services” LLC is carrying out large-scale reconstruction and repair works throughout the country.
 

Infrastructure and Technical Upgrades:

• Reconstruction and repair works are being conducted across all regions;

• Outdated equipment is being replaced with modern and powerful technologies;

• New substations are being constructed;

• Old overhead lines and wires are replaced with new modern insulated cables.
   

Digitalization and Modern Technologies:​

• Consumer inquiries are answered quickly and efficiently;

• High-quality services are provided through “ASAN Service” and “ASAN Kommunal” centers;

• Next-generation Digital Control Centers are improving network management.
   

Customer Satisfaction:

• The quality of services provided by the company is continuously improving;

• Modern technologies are being implemented to enable remote monitoring and efficient coordination.
